Techsay is by the same people who brought you GlobalTestMarket, but is a bit more exclusive. It's specifically targeting people who:
- work (or have worked) in IT /Development or 
- make/recommend technology purchase decisions at work 

Because they're after a niche group, payment tends to be higher than other sites. It's fairly normal to get $1 just for being screened out of a survey in the first few questions.

If you've looked at Lightspeed in the past, it might be time to look again. Lightspeed used to only enter you in prize draws for completing questionnaires, but now pay good cash rewards through paypal!
